The SG German Directory is published every two years, alternating with the SG European Directory. It is full of data about confectionery companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. On the one hand it continues the tradition of the SG Diary, a reliable source of information and data for many decades. On the other hand it is a modern, forward-thinking publication containing the contact details of numerous confectionery industry suppliers, above all packaging manufacturers. In addition the Directory functions like a sensitive seismograph, registering changes in the confectionery business. Thus, in the current edition, long-established companies are listed alongside newly-founded importers and brokers who have just recently started to focus on “chocolate & co.” Small, local confiseries which meanwhile supply specialist stores throughout Germany are also included.
